I’m sure that Mrs. Hudson’s husband committed a great number of crimes in order to get sentenced to death. From the way she flinches when Sherlock slams his hands on the table, I’d say it’s safe to bet that one of his many crimes was spousal abuse.
That would certainly account for why Sherlock ensured his execution.
And why Sherlock got so enraged when he saw that she had been hurt

30 Days Of Supernatural: your favorite recap.
Don’t know if it counts, but I LOVE the recap from season 6’s first episode, Exile On Main St. It shows the transition from hunting with Sam to his normal life with Ben & Lisa. It shows just how much normal life can compare or how much Dean is reminded every day of hunting, his father, his mother, and most of all, Sammy. It shows how much torture Dean really probably is every day.
Do you have any expectations of the Twelfth Doctor, whether it be in personality, looks, fashion . . . ? :3
Oh good god, I don’t know! If I even think of Eleven leaving I get all teary >< I get too attached to each Doctor ahhh
HOWEVER I have seen fantastic pictures where people have edited Hiddles and Benny Cumberawesome in as the Doctor, so if that happens it might soften the regeneration process’ impact on my emotions!
I hope Twelve is as fun as Eleven, and I’ll be excited for the new companion, certainly.
